At Libaas Welfare Foundation, our project model is designed to create real, measurable impact — transforming unemployed youth into skilled professionals ready for sustainable livelihoods.
Empowering Youth Through Our 4-Phase Livelihood Model
Candidate Mobilization
Identify and enroll unemployed youth (priority to rural, BPL, SC/ST, and women candidates). Conduct orientation sessions on available career paths and training modules. Build awareness about livelihood opportunities and green mobility.
Training & Skill Development
Training Duration: 15–30 days Modules Covered: E-commerce Operations (inventory, warehouse, packaging) Green Mobility & Electric Vehicle Handling Digital Skills and Data Entry (for DEO roles) Workplace Etiquette, Customer Handling & Basic English Road Safety & Maintenance (for delivery roles) 🎯 Outcome: Youth become industry-ready for multiple roles — delivery and non-delivery.
Scooter & Equipment Distribution
Distribution of Electric Scooters for delivery-based roles. Provision of uniforms, ID cards, and safety kits to all trained candidates. Promotion of green and sustainable transportation.
Job Placement & Livelihood Support
Direct job placements with partner companies like BigBasket, Zepto, DealShare, and Spencer’s Retail. Options for non-delivery roles such as Warehouse Associate, DEO, Inventory Controller, and Hub Manager. Continuous mentorship and performance tracking for six months after placement.
