At Libaas Welfare Foundation, we believe in empowering India’s youth not only with skills — but also with sustainable means to earn a living.
Through our Green Mobility Initiative, we have helped over 2,800+ young men and women across rural and semi-urban areas begin their journey toward financial independence with the help of electric scooters.
🌱 From Training to Transformation
The project began with intensive skill development sessions focused on:
- E-commerce operations — warehouse, packaging, and inventory control
- Digital skills — data entry, mobile applications, and delivery management tools
- Road safety and EV maintenance — ensuring every rider understands eco-friendly driving
After completing the 30-day training, candidates who chose delivery roles were provided with brand-new electric scooters, uniforms, helmets, and safety kits.
These youth were then placed with reputed companies like Zepto, BigBasket, DealShare, and Spencer’s Retail, creating a bridge between skill and employment.
