Because Real Growth Begins with Hands-On Learning
In today’s world, a degree alone no longer guarantees a job — but the right skills do. Every year, millions of young Indians graduate from colleges with dreams in their eyes, yet struggle to find employment. The gap between education and employability continues to widen.
At Libaas Welfare Foundation, we decided to bridge that gap — not through promises, but through practical skill development and job readiness training. Our mission is simple:
To empower youth with skills that bring independence, confidence, and a sense of purpose.
🔧 What We Do
💼 Skill-Based Training – We run programs on digital literacy, e-commerce operations, data entry, and customer handling to help youth secure sustainable jobs.
🚀 Job Placement Support – Partnering with companies like Zepto, BigBasket, DealShare, and Spencer’s Retail, we provide real employment opportunities after training.
🧠 Personality & Communication Development – Soft-skills sessions help participants gain confidence, improve English communication, and adapt to workplace culture.
🌱 Green Mobility Initiative – To promote eco-friendly livelihoods, trained youth in delivery roles are provided electric scooters and safety kits.
