🧵 1. Skill Training for Women
We train women in tailoring, stitching, digital literacy, beauty & wellness, retail, and e-commerce — so they can earn from home or at work with confidence.
💻 2. Digital Empowerment
Through our Digital Sakhi and Online Earning modules, women learn computer basics, smartphone use, online safety, and small business promotion.
🧒 3. Safe Childhood Program
When mothers are financially independent, children get education, nutrition, and safety. Our support teams ensure every child of our trainees goes to school — not work.
🛍️ 4. Employment & Entrepreneurship
Many of our trained women now work with local boutiques, retail chains, and even run their own tailoring or food ventures.
